This project is located in the East side of Mosul with length of 2.6 km (two directions). The interchange runs over three interchanges in the following: Al-Faisalyia, Al-Zira`ah with tunnel design with each interchange, and Al-Dhubbat at end of interchange which is considered as one of most complicated traffic interchanges which connects surrounding areas with the West section of Mosul.

This is a major interchange in the city of Mosul and is the largest in scale and cost among 5 interchanges that were designed by DIJLAH. It contains a major and minor overpass with an accurate and complex network of roads. Besides, a tunnel is added to make the traffic flow more flexible.

The work involves the preparation of the intersection and the bridge design of the interchange.

This project is considered one of the most complicated traffic intersections in Baghdad (Karkh area). It connects Al-Rahmanyia with July 14 St. and back with length 1 Km with design of 4 connecting loops with each length of 400 m. The interchange runs above railway tracks which comes from Al-Admiyah Station with ensures the avoidance of using the tracks ROWs thus the spans in points reached 50 m.
