Baghdad, Iraq In joint venture with Heitham Adjina Date: 2012 Client: Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA), London, UK + Max Fordham, London, UK (MEP) The CBI new building project will be located near Tigris River in the area of Al-Jadiriya in Baghdad. The project is currently in the design phase by ZHA. The design of the 36-story building.
DIJLAH is a member in the joint venture with Nippon Koei and Asia Engineering (Japanese firms) for the JICA/2 (phase-II) of the Japanese loan to the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity. This phase is started in Nov. 2017 after more than one year of hard negotiations with MOE. This phase is composed of two (400 kV) Sub-Stations and 14 (132 kV) Sub-Stations.

Baghdad Underground Metro (BUM) project is a vital mass transit project that as awarded to SYSTRA, the well-known French firm recognized as one of the best in mass transit companies in the world. The BUM project consists of 2 lines with a total length of (52 km) with (47) stations.
DIJLAH is the local consultant of ITEC for this project. The duration is 5 years (2020), first stage (design) for 2 years, and second stage (execution) for 3 years. The 200-bed hospitals to be constructed are 7 throughout the Iraqi middle and south provinces according to Japanese loan. Our work scope ranges between the participation in design (all engineering disciplines).
The Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources had an agreement with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to make a study for the actual situation for irrigation projects in Iraq. Dijlah role was to support Nippon Koei by providing the necessary specialized engineers in the disciplines of agriculture and mechanical engineering in fields like pump engineering and other fields related to irrigation.
