BABYLON HOTEL Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2011 Client: Ministry of Foreign Affairs-Preparatory Committee For Arab Summit Budget: US$ 30 M This magnificent 5 star Hotel in the heart of the Capital City of Baghdad was renovated in preparation for the Arab Summit to be held in Baghdad.	MINISTRY OF PLANNING Baghdad-Iraq Date: 2004 Client: Ministry of Planning Budget: US$ 25 M DIJLAH in joint venture with Dar Al-Amara Consulting Engineers, prepared all drawings and documentation for the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation to rehabilitate as a turn-key project after being bombed in the last Gulf War in March 2003. The building was severely damaged and burnt which requires a total make over. DIJLAH proposed preliminary redesign for the Ministry building.
