DIJLAH is a member in the joint venture with Nippon Koei and Asia Engineering (Japanese firms) for the consulting services of JICA/2 (phase-II) project of the Japanese loan to the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity. This phase started in Nov 2017 after more than one year of hard negotiations with MOE.
This phase consist of construction project of two (400 kV) Sub-Stations and fourteen (132 kV) Sub-Stations in governorates of Baghdad, Wasit, Babil, Karbala, Najaf, Al-Qadesiya, Thi-Qar, Basra, Al-Anbar, Salahdine, and Diyala. Dijlah tasks are assistance and support to the Japanese consultant companies at all stages of the project, the first part is data collection and projects documents preparation (Implementation Plan reports, Pre-Qualification documents, and Bidding documents), and the second part will be the supervision on the construction works of the Sub-Stations.
