The new Ministry of Youth and Sport HQ is to be located on a very distinguished site – on an artificial lake near The Olympic Committee Building. It is composed of 14 floors with a stylish glass look. The site is almost circular in shape with water all around it.

KIRKUK CULTURAL CENTER Kirkuk, Iraq Date: 2010-2012 Client: Ministry of Culture Budget: US $ 8 M (MEP Design Cost) This is a proposed Cultural Centre in the City of Kirkuk	OLYMPIC COMMITTEE-PROPOSALS Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2010 Client: Iraqi National Olympic Committee Two proposals are being considered. DIJLAH has submitted Schematic Conceptual Design for these proposals that were submitted for the Olympic Committee Building. The National Olympic Committee of Iraq (NOCI) is the National Olympic Committee (NOC) for Iraq. The Olympic Committee Building is composed of 14 floors with a stylish glass look.
TALLIL MILITARY BASE Nasiriya, Iraq Date: 2004 Client: Iraqi Government Budget: US$ 40 M Tallil Airbase is located approximately 310 Kilometres Southeast of Baghdad and 20 kilometres Southwest of the City of Nasiriya. The airfield is served by two main runways measuring 12,000 ft. and 9,700 ft. It was heavily damaged in the first Gulf War, but since has been greatly rebuilt by the US army. Dijlah prepared all the necessary drawings and documents for the design.	NAJAF GOVERNOR COUNCIL BUILDING, Najaf, Iraq Date: 2010 Client: Najaf Governorate Council Budget: US$ 28 M The design reflects the classical attitude in architecture for official buildings.	MAYSAN COURT Amarah, Iraq. Date: 2012 Client: Maysan Governorate Council This project is considered as a mega structure in the Southern City of Amarah. It is composed of the main court building along with other facilities like a 500-seat hall, service blocks and other amenities.
