This is a private investment project to construct an industrial city with a total area of is 5 km² in Al-Nahrawan area in southeast of Baghdad governorate. The project’s site includes investment lands allocated for the construction of several types of factories. Also, the project designs include main and secondary gates, administration, and other services buildings.

Dijlah carried out the engineering consulting services for the first stage of the project which included the architectural, structural, roads, sanitary, electrical and mechanical services detailed designs for the internal roads, water supply network, firefighting system, storm water network, sewage network, electrical works (streets lighting – CCTV network – 33kV transmission network), and mechanical works (HVAC) for buildings.

The work included also the complete detailed designs for the main gate of the site, water tank and pump station, two storm water pump stations, nine sewage pump stations, and the administration building of the project (G+2 levels), and typical boundary wall for the factories.
